Mempro™ Virus-like Particles (VLPs) Production in Yeast Cells System

Inquiry

Creative Biostructure, together with our scientific elites, have focused on virus-like particles development in recent years and have built a comprehensive Mempro™ Virus-like Particles (VLPs) platform that provides a broad range of VLPs related services including production, application, characterization and functionalization strategies. We are expertized in virus-like particles research field, and deliver not only the high-quality products but also our first-class services.

Our major goal is aim at the development of advanced vaccine. The basic requirement for VLPs research is custom VLPs production with high-yield and high-quality. Creative Biostructure can offer various expression systems for VLPs production and make the best choice for our customers. One of the most popular expression system is Mempro™ Virus-like Particles (VLPs) production in yeast cells system.

Yeast cells system is a striking alternative to bacteria cells system, because it can solve the bacterial endotoxins problem especially in vaccine development. Creative Biostructure has already proved that several mammalian virus genes can expressed in yeast as VLP formation and we found that yeast cells system is more suitable for the non-enveloped VLPs production. Compare with E. coli expression systems, yeast cells are more complicated for their selection of stable recombinants which contain the genome-integrated transgene. One major advantage of yeast cells system is that post-translational modifications such as glycosylation or phosphorylation are possibly introduced to VLPs. Pichia pastoris, Hansenula polymorpha, and saccharomyces cerevisiae strains are the popular VLPs production strains of our yeast cells system.

We provide other VLPs expression systems including bacterial cells system, yeast cells system, insect cells system, and plant cells system. Please feel free to contact us for a detailed quote. We will be more than happy to be your reliable research parter.
