Vincristine inhibits microtubule formation in mitotic spindle and binds to microtubule with Ki of 85 nM. This product is a PEG modified pre-formulated liposome with Vincristine (NSC-67574) loaded. It is supplied ready to use in vitro or in vivo studies. The lipid composition is HSPC/Chol/DSPE-mPEG2000 (56.2/38.5/5.3, mol/mol). |
