It binds to tubulin and promotes tubulin polymerization and microtubule stabilization, thereby arresting cells in the G2-M phase of the cell cycle and inducing tumor cell apoptosis. This product is a PEG modified pre-formulated liposome with Ixabepilone (BMS-247550) loaded. It is supplied ready to use in vitro or in vivo studies. |
