Product OverviewCreative Biostructure provides premix lipid kit for LNP encapsulation. The kit consists of ionizable lipids, base lipids, long-circulating lipids, and cholesterol. It can be used to prepare lipid nanoparticles loaded with nucleic acids, proteins, and drugs. The prepared lipid nanoparticles have good biocompatibility and high encapsulation efficiency, and are suitable for cell transfection and experimental animal injection. This kit contains one tube of lipid PreMix and one tube of citrate buffer. For Lipid PreMix I, the lipid components are: SM102, Cholesterol, DSPC, and PEG-2000-DMG. Please follow the instructions for the encapsulation process of LNP.
