With our experienced scientific elites, Creative Biostructure can offer you the custom Mempro™ high-quality SNARE production services based on our advanced cell-based expression system.

SNARE is a short name for soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor. There are more than 60 members in SNARE superfamily in yeast and mammalian cells which divided into two types: v-SNAREs and t-SNAREs. SNARE proteins are commonly small, abundant and tail-anchored ones, and are inserted into membranes through the C-terminal transmembrane domain after post-translation phase. Some members of SNARE family such as SNAP-25, do not possess a transmembrane domain, and they bind to the membrane by lipid modifications instead. V-SNAREs and t-SNAREs can form SNARE complex based on the coiled-coiled interactions between them. SNARE proteins are responsible for almost all intracellular membrane fusion. Based on the protein-lipid and protein-protein interactions, energy is generated to be the driving force for membrane fusion mediated by SNARE proteins. SNARE zippering describes the process that SNAREs located on two separate membranes are able to zipper to facilitate the membrane fusion.

Creative Biostructure is expertised in high-yield SNARE complex production by our cell-based membrane protein expression systems, we can offer you various strategies for Mempro™ cell-based protein production, including:

•      Mempro™ SNARE Complex Production in Mammalian Cells System
Creative Biostructure can provide Mempro™ protein production in mammalian cells system. This system faciliates to produce membrane proteins with correct conformation and post-translational modifications in native state.

•      Mempro™ SNARE Complex Production in Bacterial Cells System
Escherichia coli (E. coli) is the most popular bacterial host for membrane protein production. Our bacterial cells system has optimized Lemo21 (DE3) strain for our Mempro™ protein production, which providing multiple options for the optimization of the production protocols.

•      Mempro™ SNARE Complex Production in Insect Cells System
The baculoviruses are commonly applied for eukaryotic membrane protein production. Mempro™ protein production using insect cells system can increase the expression level and reduce the truncated proteins at the same time compared to E. coli system. Our advanced insect cells system has the following advantages:
   •   Proper folding and post translation modifications;
      Easy scale-up;
      High membrane protein yield.

•      Mempro™ SNARE Complex Production in Yeast Cells System
Single-celled yeast is an easy, quick and economic culture host and able to apply multiple post translation modifications for eukaryotic membrane protein. Yeast cell is a perfect eukaryotic host with follow advantages: fast growth rates, economic media, and high cell densities.

Creative Biostructure is capable of expressing, isolating, purifying and crystallizing the custom membrane protein SNARE complex, and we are more than willing to become your reliable research assistant to overcome the barriers to produce high-quality membrane proteins.

We offer various Mempro™ membrane protein production services. Please feel free to contact us for a detailed quote.
