Optimization of Screening Kits and Reagents

Protein Crystallization Tools

Creative Biostructure's optimization screening is designed to assist in the identification of solution conditions, which promote protein solubility, stability and minimize protein precipitation.

Optimization screening is to screen for the solubility, stability and the consequent crystallization, even in the presence of a crystallization reagent. Altogether, there are 94 different chemical additives sampling 17 different classes plus two controls.

96 sterile filtered reagents
17 classes of reagents and excipients
Highly concentrated (10x) reagent formulation
Highly compatible with other protein assays
Thermal shift assay
Dynamic Light Scattering
Use Solubility & Stability Screen alongside Slice pH and Solubility & Stability Screen to optimize the sample buffer

Protein solubility and stability are required in an extensive range of applications, including genetic-proteomics research, the preparation of proteins in pharmaceuticals, structural biology and crystallization analysis.
