Product Overview | This product encapsulates 100µg/mL GFP mRNA in lipid nanoparticles. GFP mRNAs can be used as control of transfection efficiency. Biodistribution of LNP-mRNA and GFP mRNA expression kinetics in various organs can easily be assessed by detection of Fluorescent signal. The GFP produced has an excitation peak at 470-480 nm and emission peak at 510 nm. GFP level can be monitored by fluorescent or confocal microscopy. The average particle size of this product is ~100nm. |
