Creative Biostructure is dedicated to providing professional contract services to academia and biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries in the fields of structural biology and membrane protein technology. After more than ten years of development, we have established four unparalleled platforms, including X-ray crystallography, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), electron microscopy (EM) and membrane protein screening. We have developed flexible gene-to-structure pipelines for solving the structure of many challenging proteins, such as viral targets, enzymes, GPCRs, transporters, and ion channels. We have gained a lot of experience in structure determination and structure-based drug discovery and vaccine design.
Creative Biostructure is located in New York, USA, and our research operations span multiple countries. As we serve more and more customers in multiple countries, we will continue to expand our business into additional countries/areas.
Creative Biostructure has conducted in-depth research on viruses that have caused major outbreaks, such as Ebola virus, Zika virus and MERS-CoV. Considering the threat of coronavirus to public health and the continuous spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), we quickly integrated various resources and existing research results of COVID-19 and organized a specialized coronavirus research team to conduct in-depth analysis and research on coronavirus, especially SARS-CoV-2 (novel coronavirus, formerly known as 2019-nCoV). With our advanced platform and equipment, our coronavirus research team can help researchers perform basic research on coronavirus-related bioinformatics analysis, viral particle identification and characterization, protein structure analysis, and protein interaction analysis. We also offer structure-based antiviral drug discovery and pre-clinical vaccine development services. We hope to work with experts from academia, the biotechnology industry, and the pharmaceutical industry to address the ongoing and future human coronavirus outbreaks.
